Our team can support airlines undertaking maintenance work, such as ‘C’ and ‘D’ checks or major modifications. We can supply a team to project manage the event completely or support and supplement our clients' own staff as required.

We are also experienced in project managing aircraft transitions from one operator to a new airline, or supporting and managing aircraft repossessions and part out of aircraft having been retired from regular service.

We can also off a comprehesive engine managment service including both on and off wing support.

We regularly undertake rotary and fixed wing aircraft physical and records audits worldwide. These inspections provide a detailed overview of the aircraft condition and technical records status as well as highlighting forthcoming maintenance events.

These can be for the purposes of valuation or condition surveys for prospective operators or financial institutions providing the finance for the transaction.

On-going mid lease and pre or end of lease inspections are conducted as part of a Asset Health Monitoring programme for aircraft leasing organisations.

Aircraft Sourcing and Placement

Quality Audits / Training

We conduct both safety operational and technical audits of airlines for clients who regularly use second or third tier operators to transport large numbers of their employees into the more remote parts of the world.

We also conduct audits of aviation support services such as ground handling, de-icing, into plane refuelling companies, or maintenance organisations.

We also conduct Part 145, 147 and Part M audits on behalf of airlines and lease companies, before they commence utilising these organisations' services. We also aranage and carry out regulatory training courses.

We have experience in all aspects of aircraft sourcing and disposal. This can be a case of selecting a suitable aircraft to meet a specific operation or airline start up, to managing the aircraft through acquisition, modification and certification.
